Direct Auctions Goes Live. 22nd July 2005
Yesterday’s auction showed 3 properties being sold on the day with several good leads being followed up this Friday.
Announced at the auction was the change of venue from the H10 Andalucia Plaza Hotel to the NH Alanda on the Golden Mile between Puerto Banus and Marbella. The hotel was inaugurated in 2003 and is in a very easy to find location.
The move to the hotel for the forthcoming 29th September auction was in order to facilitate the expansion by Direct Auctions into live telephone bidding on the day.
Direct Auctions also announced the groundbreaking move into live auctions abroad – a first anywhere.
On 23rd, 24th and 25th September at the Royal Highland Hall, Edinburgh, the Europe Estate Agents Federation, of which Direct Auctions are members, are having an overseas property exhibition. The majority of the countries in Europe are to be represented and all the exhibitors have passed stringent checks to be allowed in.
Direct Auctions will be hosting Live auctions everyday, not to be missed!
Direct Auctions own auction at the new venue is on the 29th September.
Not to be left out, the Homes and Garden Show – popular in England, are holding their first show at the Malaga Exhibition centre on the 30th September, 1st October and 2nd October. Direct Auctions have been invited along to host live property auctions on those days – a busy week but one that looks to set the stage for the future for Direct Auctions.
